The fine print, kept short
Privacy policy
Effective September 18, 2026
We’re a small family shop, and we collect as little as we can. Here is all of it, in plain English.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join our list. We also note which signup form you used and the date you joined.
- Anything you send us. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can reply.
- Anonymous visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without following you around the web.
- Routine technical logs. Like every website, ours is delivered by a host (Cloudflare) that briefly processes things like your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for, to keep the site running and safe.
That’s the whole list. We don’t set cookies, we don’t run ads, and we don’t take payments here yet.
What we do with it
- Send you a note when the shop opens, and the occasional update after that.
- Answer your emails.
- See, in total, how many people visit and which pages they read.
- Keep the site secure and free of spam.
Who else sees it
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never share it for advertising. A few companies handle it on our behalf so the shop can run:
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the list, and provides the visit counts.
- Google Workspace runs our email.
- Shopify will run our store and newsletter once we open. When that happens we’ll move the list there and update this page.
We would only share information beyond that if the law required it. Our providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time. Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link, or you can simply reply and ask.
- See, fix, or delete your information. Email admin@willanddella.com and we’ll take care of it, usually within a few days.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Do Not Track
We don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t let other companies collect information about your browsing over time on ours. So nothing changes when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal: we already treat every visitor as if it were on.
Children
Our clothes are for children, but this website is for grown-ups. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. If the change is a big one, such as when the shop opens and we begin taking orders, we’ll also email everyone on the list.
